President's Message
by Rick Thompson

Rick has been working too hard to fish for the past 3 weeks but Charlie and I did get to fish over the weekend on the "Hinesite" with Tony Tolbard and caught 2 tuna , one blue and one yellow in the 60-80# range in the 30 fathom lumps. Then I beached it for two days and Charlie went out with Allan Miller and his two sons to the 30 fathom lumps and caught two yellow fins,, one dolphin , black sea bass and Charlie caught two trigger fish in a drifting basket then ate then for dinner breaded and fryed. I asked him why he needs such expensive fishin' rods if he can catch fish in a basket. Naturally he didn't answer…just gave me the "look." I on the other hand went shopping and bought a new round butter dish to match my china. Bruce Boyd, Jeff Greene and Buster Richards fished with Tony on Tuesday and it was so beautiful out they stayed out late.
