Football Game Books

The Football Game Books will be available at the meetings. This is our chapters big money maker for the year and the board requests your dedicated, active participation in the purchasing and selling of the books. Our goal is to sell 500 game books before the first Monday night game. Any unsold books must be returned in a timely manner to board members in order for all the books to be sold. There are approximately 170 books left. The Football Game books fall under the jurisdiction of the gaming laws of the state of Maryland and an accurate accounting of all books is mandated. Your help and cooperation in this venture is greatly appreciated.

A Fish Story

John Travers, Charlie Appleby, Sr. & Dave Griffin went tuna fishing, June 27 & had a wonderful time catching 3 nice tunas. Crabby caught & released a white marlin approximately 80lbs. Little did he know that Ocean City has a prize of $8,000 for the first Marlin caught of the year which by the way wasn't caught until Saturday, June 28. That was the big one that got away!
